6. Eat smaller meals five to six times a day instead of three big meals in a day. This will help you limit how much food is eaten in one day.

7. It is important to monitor your progress and check your weight regularly. This will help you determine if your goals are being hit and if they are not. Then you can adjust what you are doing to lose weight.
